~ Keep Fit ~
haih ~!!! my colleague said tat i'm getting fatter and fatter today... i dunno whether he's serious not, but i do feel tat i put on some weight dee... sadz ~!!! *sob sob*
hmm, gonna eat less from today onwards... i cant do exercise, coz i have NO time... hmm, maybe i can climb the stairs from ground floor to 7th floor... muahahaha ~!!! go idea huh ??? lolz ~!!! hopefully it works ...
i want myself to be in the BEST 'condition' during Chinese New Year... probably i can go 'korek' some of my old 'new' clothes which i seldom wear last time from my wardrobe (forgotten how to spell it) to be 'new' clothes for Chinese New Year... keke

research has shown that people who have had enough sleep tend to be fitter whereas people who didn't have enough sleep will gain more weight. (your metabolism rate will drop if you didn't get enough sleep, plus you also eat more to keep yourself energized due to lack of sleep.)

if i see myself thinner in the mirror, i wun bother bout my weight... i should get a mirror which will make me fatter...
everytime i go into those fitting room, i'm very happy one... haha =D but then, i know it's fake one... so sad !
